The first ever enemy of this blog, Guillermo Barros Schelotto of the Columbus Crew led his squad to the MLS title yesterday. It’s my hope that The Columbus Crew’s stay at the top of the MLS is a short one and that that I don’t have to delve out too much praise to Mr. Schelotto too often. However he is for this season player of the year and a champion to boot. Just when it would appear that things couldn’t get any better for Mr. Schelotto, word has it that he’s a finalist for feathered hair cut of the year. Here are the finalist for this prestigious award.
