Justin Pogge got his first start of his career tonight and he backstopped The Leafs to 6-2 victory in Atlanta. My dream of the Leafs tanking the season was incumbent on Pogge reeking up the building on this evening and for the Leafs to have lost a very important 2 points in the Tavares/Hedman derby. I will be soliciting the Leafs to demote Pogge immediately. Mediocre success cannot be tolerated at this point.
Surely the Leafs can hire a Leaf legandary luminary like Peter Ing to dust off his technicolour pads so he can help channel some late 1980’s last place magic for the buds. Pogge’s winning ways will not suffice.
