Don’t adjust your screen settings my friends your computer is just fine. But judging by this photo the same cannot be said for Sammy Sosa. Far for me to judge someone on anybody’s appearance but Mr. Sosa is definitely sporting a different look these days. It would appear to this untrained eye that he’s sporting a lighter shade of skin these days. Am I wrong my friends?
This has left me wondering what could be the matter with the “No speak da Englay” former slugger . Thus far here’s the list the list that my crack staff of researchers can come up with.

I’m sure there’s an obvious reason that one would try to change the pigmentation of their skin. I mean what sane human doesn’t want to that from time to time, right? In any event since my crack research staff is a staff of ONE – namely me – I was hoping that some of you can reply back some possible reasons that Sammy Sosa is imitating Casper the Friendly ghost.

That’s what I thought at first blush. If that is the case perhaps that’s Manny Ramirez on his arm since Manny took the Estrogen. Thoughts?

But in an interview Wednesday, the Dominican Republic native blamed a night cream and the bright television lights for the way his skin appeared. Sosa, who celebrates his 41st birthday Thursday, said he is not suffering from any skin illness.
“It’s a bleaching cream that I apply before going to bed and whitens my skin some,” he said on Primer Impacto, a program on the Spanish-language network Univision.
Sosa, who also wears colored contacts, said he uses the cream as a moisturizer and is in discussions to market it.
There’s nothing wrong with being pasty white……maybe he’s part Irish:)
I was going to ask you Paddy about the chances of Sosa being in the Sweeney lineage but I didn’t know how to slip it into the conversation. Come to think of it he does look a lot like Senior Ken though.
